2 cups flour
2 tbsps baking powder
2 tbsps Clubhouse garlic plus or your favourite spice mix/combo. (I switch up the seasonings lots, but my favourite is garlic plus. To make plain biscuits use a teaspoon of salt instead and cut with a glass into rounds before baking.)
1/3 cup olive oil
2/3 cup milk
Cheese
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour oil into 1 cup measuring cup, add milk till it reaches the 1 cup line, pour into dry ingredients, mix with a fork until almost fully incorporated and then knead into a smooth ball.
Roll or pat into 1/2 inch thick rectangle. Sprinkle with cheese (any type, today I used parmesan, my favourite is jalapano havarti, plain old cheddar works great too. Sometimes I spread pizza sauce on first to make pizza bread.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees. Cut into bread sticks and serve.
