Contests

It time to have a little more fun here. I'd like to get some contests going, but they'll only be fun if you enter them... angry

So, here's the plan.

For the month of April, I'd like to do a weekly caption contest. Every Monday (and bear with me, because it might be at night, like today), I'll post a picture. You guys provide the commentary. I'll choose a winner on Sunday. The winner will be awarded 100 points.

If this takes off, I would be very interested in upping the stakes on these. Maybe get some online gift certificates involved.... idk

(I don't mind putting up real prizes every so often and I actually have a good plan, so I don't get all homeless doing it.)

I have a lot of ideas for keeping this interesting, but (and you guys are probably sick of reading this) I'd like to know what you guys think.

Do you like the idea of contests?
Will you actually play?
Do you care about the points?
Do you want to see my boobs?
Do you want to spend your points on something not currently offered?
Is there a game or contest that you've participated in previously that you'd like to be engaged in here?

So, for now, I hope you have fun with the caption contest and we can decide over the next month if we want to keep this going.

should we put a link to the contest on our affiliated site? not that they care or anything lol, but maybe one or two'll poke their nose in if they've got something specific to comment on.

Every time I pass by the place where they are building the In n Out about 20 minutes from me, I think about how lucky I am. That I'm so glad that they decided to finally expand into the Texas market. I'm sorry, Niner.
