Easy, Healthy and CHEAP

K so I'm in need of recipes that include all of the above. I'm tired of making the same ol crap and need to switch it up. Kid friendly is also a must (3 yr old friendly).

I'll post next weeks when I make it up tomorrow if you'd like. My goal is to come up with a 2 month rotation. Surprisingly Colin LOVED the meatless meatloaf. I thought he'd hate it, but I needed to use up a bag of lentils so I thought I'd try it. Huge hit.

As for the site, I love it. I browse around and save any recipes that catch my eye into my cookbooks, which I can organize the way like so I have a main dish cook book, a vegetable side cook book, a dessert cook book etc. Then when I try them I can add personal notes so I remember what I did differently and afterwards I add another note saying if it was any good and suggestions to try for next time. Then every sunday I'm going make up a weeks menu plan (this I've just started, you saw my first week lol, though I have years and years of recipes stored in my cookbooks) and I can send the whole menu to a shopping list, I write down everything I don't have in my house and pick it up monday after I drop Sarah off at school. It's keeping me very well organized. It's a well set up site. Last week went flawlessly, here's hoping keep it up haha
