this one looks quick and easy...

* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 4 tablespoons chopped onion
* 1 teaspoon minced garlic
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice
* 4 tablespoons white wine
* 1 1/4 cups white clam sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
* 8 ounces pasta

1. Begin preparing pasta. While preparing pasta, saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Add all ingredients except can of clam sauce. Heat on medium. Once mixture is heated, reduce heat to medium low and add clam sauce. Heat slowly.
2. Once pasta is done, combine with sauce mixture and garnish with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!

Um. We just do fishsticks. study lol And I only "fast" with fish for lunch. My husband doesn't participate and I refuse to cook 2 dinners so we just have fishsticks and mac n cheese for lunch on Fridays and I try to be sparing in whatever meat dish the kids and I have.

I still haven't given anything up for lent...I need to put some thought into that.

I've done three rounds of 28-day soda challenge...succeeded on the third try so decided to give it up for "40"'s actually kinda sad how I'm "addicted" but I've stuck to it so far...
