There's better articles out there, but this one is from my saskatoon paper, and it expresses my frustration with this upcoming election so well. I know we won't find out if we're having one till this afternoon, but I believe it to be a foregone conclusion.

I'm so conflicted. I want the conservatives out. For one because Colin's job pays better with a liberal gov, but mostly because I really dislike Harper. I'm crossing my fingers for a minority liberal government this time, since we don't have nearly a strong enough party leader for the libs to hold onto a majority and the last thing we need is yet another election right away. But as bad as I've wanted the conservatives out, I don't think what we need is the expense of a frivolous election based on nothing. I kinda wish they wuld have formed the coalition back when they were threatening it and taken over the government quickly and cheaply instead of making us sit through a month and a half of mud slinging ads that say nothing and promise less, since the whole election will be based on nothing to begin with
